- 1 tsp Sumac
- 0.25 tsp Sea salt flakes
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil

Combine potatoes with onion powder, sumac, sea salt flakes, and ½ tbsp olive oil. Bake for 35 minutes.

- 1 head Broccoli Chopped to bite size
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil

Combine broccoli with ½ tbsp olive oil. Add to potatoes on the baking tray, mix, and add tomatoes on top of the tray. Bake for 20 minutes.

Add pine nuts to a small oven-safe dish and bake for 7 minutes. Or toast the pine nuts in a pan.

- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0.333 cup Cow milk

Blend basil, parmigiana, beans, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and milk until smooth.
